Each project is special and individual, has it's own tasks, methods and volume of works.

In interests of our customer we provide Supply Agreement as a writen contract between Provider (ARTMIX) and Customer.

TASKS UNDERTAKEN

PROVIDER

• Provider will design and set up a static/dynamic website of up to ... (Qty) linked pages in ... (Qty) languages (specify) illustrating and explaining the Client's product and services.


• Provider will design client’s logo (banner, portpholio, etc.) and prepare it for printing so it can be used in the website and for all promotional materials. (Optional)


• Provider will write / translate / edit / proof read the English / Russian / Other text as provided by Client. (Optional)


• Provider will instruct client in the efficient use of the website for future updating services. (Optional)


• Provider will organize for Client’s website registration of one domain name and hosting for ____ year(s). (Optional)

CLIENT

• Client will forward all texts in chosen languages and photos / pictures / images to fill web pages of the website. (Optional)

Note: All TASKS must be approved by Client and confirmed by e-mail or fax.

DELIVERY

These tasks will take approximately 1/2/3/4 (tick agreed) working weeks from receipt of mutually agreed text and graphics provided by Client. It does not allow for any text requested after construction has started.

Delivery date is understood to be when the website is operational on the Internet.
